Hi
That will be fine, don't worry.Just let your IP know that you will phone them at midday, infact the timing will be perfect.Remember if they agree with modifications you have upto 14 days to decide.
Good luck and remember that you can do no more now, leave it to your IP to get your IVA accepted.

Hi nic

Please don't worry about this, I would just let your ip know.
I was in a simialar situation myself last week ont the day of me creditors meeting.
I had initially planned a day where I knew I could be on my own when the call came (I am in sales so work on my own on the road anyway). Then a few days before my new boss decided he would meet me for lunch for a 'catch up'. I was really worried that if I did not get a call before he met me I would not be able to talk and also not be able to focus and show him that I am good at my job. I let the person who was dealing with my meeting know that it maybe a bit difficult to talk and if I couldn't I would call her back - she was absolutely fine about this as you have 14 days to agree and discuss any modifications.
As it happened, on the day, I was so busy in the morning the call took me by suprise and was before my boss met me.
I would advise you to stay busy and to try not to stress about it too much, I think it must be awful to be sat by the phone waiting for the call.
Good Luck - I will keep my fingers crossed for you
Let us all know how you get on

Hello Nic

Don’t worry, life is hectic and must go on, if you explain the situation to your IP and leave it to them, there should be no problems, if there is a hitch it will be adjourned for 14 days anyway, this will give you time to answer.

Best of luck
Phil

Hi Nic

That sounds like good timing. Keep busy in the morning and by the time lunch comes around you should have an answer. Mine was as 12 and by the time lunch had finished it had been approved.
Good luck and remember you've done the best you can do.

Thanks everybody, really getting a bit nervous now! Most of the phone calls have stopped, just Capital One keep ringing even though I say exactly the same thing each time! Keep your fingers crossed for me.
I have 53000 worth of debt and a disposable income of 401 a month so i hope they take it as my only other option is bancruptcy and theyd only get 9p in the pound back from that option!
xx
