This does not sound right - if one company have not yet voted but all others have then surely they can give an indicatative answer to you - unless it is a 50/50 vote at present and it all hinges on the last creditor - have they said which creditor is holding it up ?

Try and stay positive - hopefully they will come back to you tonight

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
