Hi Roma I really think this is unacceptable what a shoddy way to treat a customer at such a stressful time. Try insisting speaking directly with the supervisor of your case. I'm still crossing my fingers for you Roma.

Didn't realise that Roma - that could be why there is a delay but even so your company should keep you informed as to what is going on.

We are all on the edge of our seats for you Roma - call them and find out what is happening - computers really should not be an excuse to keep someone waiting with such important information. Your IP should be pushing this for you. Don't worry, you won't jeopardise the decision by ringing them - you have a right to know - we all do!!!!
