The creditors send in their votes just saying yes or no, sometimes some don't bother to vote but they are still included when it is approved.
There might be some modifications asked for but this usually just involves the IP fees and doesn't concern you at all.

You need 75% by value of the creditors that vote on the day to agree. As long as that happens the IVA is approved and all creditors are bound by it.
