and you will enjoy life, I enjoy life in an IVA even though it's not been easy for me initially, things do appear to have settled down now. I no longer dread the postman or the phone ringing.

Try and relax as honestly it's out of your hands now and within a few hours you should hopefully have the relief of approval.

Try and think of something else for a little while and I do know it's easy for me to say this and do try and get some sleep.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks lesley, it helps being able to type on here and talk about it. nobody 'in the real world (!) knows about my current struggles. Its so hard but i just cant tell my family because there is nothing they can do and i would the just add to there stress. i thought i would tell them if i was approved, but now i'm thinking theres probably no point because things should be in control by then. oooh i really need this to go in my favour. fingers crossed. i'm off to make a cup of tea and try to get back to sleep. thanks for everything x

You take care and enjoy your tea, I'm going to try to sleep or at least relax now as I can't beat my high score on facebook games and need to get up in two hours!

None of my friends or family know of my IVA only my husband and I. We hide it well and we say we've restructured our finances so sorry we can't afford anything as we're sticking to our plan! (sort of the truth).

My fingers are crossed for you x

WOW, we're all at it (sitting up at stupid oclock)
Mines with toothache AGAIN!!!

Anxious1, i really feel for you right now. I know what its like when the feeling of dread takes over but as Lesley said, its out of your hands now and in a few hours you will know one way or another so try to sleep and save your energy (hopefully for celebrating)

Best of luck, we will all be thinking of you xxxx

well, i didnt manage to get any more sleep i'm afraid. i didnt even obther going back to bed! in the end i made a cuppa tea, went downstairs did the ironing and attempted to take my mind off things alittle bit that way. cant believe its not even 7 yet! i've been up for hours! I wonder how long after the meeting deadline it'll take for them to ring me. My meeting is at 1030. I guess if its good news i should hear fairly soon, but they'll probably want to report back on bad news quickly too. to put me out of my misery! i'll post when i hear....

thanks for your best wishes and kind thoughts everyone x x

I did manage a couple of hours, read for work now, got a 3 hour exam today...oooh can't wait!

All the best and I'll check back periodically throughout the day.

Hope the tooth has eased Mrs S? Are they going to sort it?

Good luck for today anxious, our meeting was about the same time as yours and we didn't get the call until half three, so don't go into panic overload if you don't hear from them! I recall the figure of eight pacing was my particular favourite that day, you can still make it out on the carpet [:D]

P.S after being up at silly o'clock that day, I must confess that when the phone rang I was sparko on the setee!!!!
