Got my meeting tomorrow and obviously getting a little nervous now. I have proposed a one off lump sum IVA of 15 pence in the pound on debts of just over £100k. I have received confirmation that NR have agreed with only a couple of minor mods, so far nobody else has voted. My IP seems very confident that this is going to go through with just NR voting which to me seems really strange that 10 other creditors have not voted. Is it usual for them to vote on the day and therefore i am getting too excited or would they more than likely of voted by now. My IP did only give the minimum 16 days notice of the meeting so could it be that there is that much going on with bad credit now that my proposal is stuck in a tray somewhere? Sorry if i am waffling on but as i say i am getting nervous now and more so as i have been told i need to attend the meeting.

good luck for tomorrow hammy,im sure if your IP is confident then everything will go your way, they are obviously experienced and know their stuff, please let us know the outcome, i too am thinking about lump sum iva but still a bit frightened to actually take the plunge, ive phoned for advice and asked on here, but i still think im in denial and if i dont make it official it might go away, you may be the push i desperately need.
fingers crosed for you.
