Is it just me or is "littleted" hard to type, it looks like I've spelt it wrong the more I look at it!

Hi all, not great I'm afraid.
One of the modifictions from TIX are not very clear. I was proposing £200 pm from Jan- March, then £400pm the rest of the year, with a large equity release in the 4th year.
It looks like they are asking £410pm jan-march, rising to £610pm for the rest of the year, which quite frankly is unaffordable for me. The meeting has been adjourned until we can clarify the point and hopefully talk to them and negotiate.
It is HBOS and HSBC that are demanding this, LLoyds TSB didn't vote, MBNA were ok, as was the taxman. Oh dear.....

Try not to worry littleted, it's not lost yet. Let your ip do their job and negotiate.
If your creditors won't budge, then it's pointless entering into it knowing you can't afford it.
xx
It's nice to be back......

It seems mad that they have been able to find £200 to shave off your I&E. Try not to worry as chris says all is not lost yet, you're still in there.

Take care.

Have just spoken to the man at TIX, and it appears that they have mistaken the amount proposed, fingers crossed this is the case. For some reason they had a figure of £350, which appears nowhere on my proposal? Hope hope hope

Hi,
I am sorry that they think you can afford that much extra.
In our IVA we had proposed £350 per month but the mods made it £460 per month, £110 per month more than offered in our proposal. Alot extra but we were still left with an amount that was just within CCCS guidelines. A very tight budget, but we have to live with that.
Let us know when you hear anything else.
Good luck
