I think the majority of us just like to choose friends on FB, not like the fact that we are in an IVA! I would hate that my friends (other than forum members) knew about it!

Me too! My best friend, my boyfriend and my sister know...I wouldn't tell anyone else. But even so I think I'm lucky to have three such supportive people to confide in!

This is one ( just one) of the big plus points of this forum -- somewhere to talk about your IVA. Just me, the wife and my IP and team know about mine ..... and everyone here :-) ... and anyone who happens upon the insolvency register (well, soon ... it's not up there yet), oh .. and my creditors .... EVERYBODY knows !!!!!!! LOL ... kidding.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I wish we could like it on FB but until I retire it's not possible.

I've met Mel and some of her team a couple of times and other members of the IVA/DMP fraternity. Great people, all of them.

Have only just had the time to go on line so far today, and what a lovely post. Thank you so much for taking time out to post and Claire and Angela will also be very touched. We all look forward to working with you over the next few years in more ways than just the IVA.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
