Melanie - Mr Hutchings says Hi!

Some guy has been chasing to get hold of o.h for about 2 weeks - due to work they have always missed each other (much to oh's delight!).

Tonight, they finally spoke.......Mr Hutchings is from CD UK? I think Collect Debt UK on behalf of Egg, anyhow, oh mentioned we were with Melanie Giles IP blah, blah, blah. The response took oh half back abit as he said okay then that's fine I probably won't ring you again I have dealt with Melanie on a few cases and she is good and efficient - very fair... No threats of door step colectors (unlike their letters), no hassling for payments - nothing.

Melanie, it goes to show it is not always what you know but who! We are glad we name dropped [;)]

Glad that the collections company understood what you are telling them and that they sensibly have decided to wait and cast their vote at the meeting. Nice to see some professionalism in an industry which is often criticised.

That's just it Melanie - didn't even get that far just mentioned your name - your famous!! [:D]

I have chuckled all night as oh's face was a picture - he has had a total of about 8 calls throughout this process (I've been hounded) and all of them have been nice. This 'Mr Hutchings' was sounding increasingly naffed off on the answer machine, as soon as oh mentions your name he gave you loads of praise, virtually apologised and went........
