Thank you
I dont even know how, I should address it in the interview, if they ask about my old employer and why I left should I be completely honest?
My other referee (my ex-driving instructor and a friend) said he would send them another email detailing as:
"Stuart's Probation was not extended, which is currently under appeal, due to caring for a gentleman dying of cancer, and a doctor asking for a prescribed medication (laxatives) to be given as Prescribed and senior management being unhappy, also because they intimidated Stuart, such as the previous situation, and by not reviewing his probation until 4 days after his probation has ended, also by not supporting Stuart with his work, and leaving him as the sole person in charge of the home in the absence of management (high majority of the time) Stuart is very caring, passionate, dedicated and committed to his profession, and this situation (which may be reflected in the reference from The Village) should not jeopardise his application. It should not be viewed in negative light, more like a career development. I feel that he would be well suited to the position of staff nurse, at your hospital, and would ask that you give him the opportunity to work for you, and to develop with you, under the NHS infrastructure."
But I dont know if thats a good idea either!
