Melanie, I hope you pick this up -my PP just dropped in as he was going on his rounds and to tell us about tonight. He said "People meddle with female ex-army officers and female rugby fanatics at their peril- I know- I've met 'em!!!"

It's great when people do stay on - a lot of posters fall by the wayside once they have their IVA's agreed, which is a real shame as they could contribute so much to the forum.

Thnaks for the voting results David. I was just trying to get a feel for different creditors. But I don't have any the same. Its interesting to see who voted no.

Let's put it this way - I wouldn't like to get on the wrong side of Melanie![:D]

I have met her though and she is a lovely person and I hope to meet her again soon.

Do not read anything into a no vote. It is possible that the creditor actually voted to accept but had conditions that were not acceptable. If sufficient other creditors do not propose the same conditions the more draconian can be outvoted and the votes then show as rejections. It is possible that 100% voted in favour but the IVA is now approved on it's most favourable terms.

I don't understand them either Paul - Jan said once that the call centres do not know what is going on and neither do they have any say. They are still at it now - seven times since 11:30! They can keep it up for as long as they like - Max is enjoying himself - I think he knows what is expected when I take him to the phone

It does take a time to filter down to the call centres.

I would answer at least one of them and inform them of your IVA. I did that, and have had no calls since. I took great pleasure in doing that as well!

I would have a nice chat with them now the IVA has been approved. You can say in a nice quiet calm voice I am sorry but your calls are pointless I have had my iva approved and therefore you have no reason at all to make contact with me.

I'll do that - thank you - I'll get some pleasure from it - my voice is very quiet Paul - can't tell you the last time I raised it - when I was a kid I think
