Hi all

Just to follow on from a post last week are you phoning MBNA in Chester. You can call an account manager on 01244 879125. I finf that these people are higher up the chain and understand more about the IVA process than the ones phoning you because your account is the next one flashing up on their screen to try and squeeze money out of. They also have the ability to stop the constant phone calls.

Dave

And just to put the icing on the cake I got another letter from MBNA roday - exactly the same as the last one for one of my other accounts.

Totally standard letter and I'm completely ignoring it after todays phone call with them.

Amazes me that they think people will be bullied into paying something like this.

Hi Zoe

Just continue to deal with the phone calls and explain to the callers exactly what is happening.

Once I have received your details, I will discuss this with you directly and we will decide on the the best course of action and options for you and your creditors generally.
