You will complete an I & E before you go to court. You can either ask the court to send the paperwork to you, or else you can complete the forms online - www.insolvency.gov.uk

I completed them online, as you can amend them as many times as you want! I found the allowance in BR were more generous than in my IVA. I've listed my allowances in my blog.
