Hi Andy,

It's not something that comes up too often but all of our clients have chosen not to prefer that debt over the others. As such the creditors have treated it in the usual fashion.

Where a debt is to be preferred I would be happy to put forward such a proposal only with disclosure of that that to the other creditors. If the debt were minor I'm sure it would be treated reasonably. Where the debt is significant it seems unfair on other creditors and I think resistance should be expected.
