Aren't they a pain? Wouldn't mind,but as soon as I told them about my IVA I never had another call!
Just tell them that what they are doing is illegal now that you are protected by the IVA, and if they persist in calling you will make a complaint. Make a point of getting the persons name who is calling you.
Might make a difference, who knows.

Sooner or later they will. The good thing is that they can't do anything to you.
In a couple of weeks or so, check on the insolvency register to see if your name is on there. If it is, the next time they phone after that ask to speak to a supervisor and insist that they check the register for your name. That has worked for some posters in the past.

yeah i know its not great but how can i be upset really its a small price to pay so now i can sleep at night rather than going back to waking at 2 in the morning with my heart racing.

Its great to see you not scared anymore FD, the monsters thrive on fear and ignorance. Once you know more than they do and you dont have the fear they are easy peesssy lemon squeezy to deal with...torture them, they deserve it. Leave them hanging on the phone while you try to find your debit card NOT and let them strangle in the dangle. Then say, ooooh am I allowed to pay you since I am in an IVA? They will be salavating at the thought of your lovely money and then say, no, sorry I cant, I am not allowed... byyyyyyeeeeeee. So nice to speak with you.. have a nice day. At least you will be saving someone else phone ringing, eh???
