Lovely initial post by Debt Attack and a good response from Size 5 with regard to the negative poster. I have just had my IVA approved on 23/12/10 and feel it is the best solution for me and the advice, information and service I received was very professional and I am just thankfully I was able to consult this forum prior to starting my IVA journey.

Great original post and great post by size 5, we all know not everything suits everyone and that includes IVA's, personally for me despite the problems I'm encountered along the way I still would go for the IVA option again if I had my time again.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I love my IVA as well - it is certainly the route I would choose if I had my time again as well.

Hopefully people looking in and reading this thread will see the postives here and ignore the negatives posted by someone who hasn't a clue.

I also have to say that if I have looked at the correct website for the firm msi-leadkings works for, a lot of the advice is absolute rubbish!

What a shame that this forum is often subjected to nonsensical rhetoric from supporters of the bankruptcy assist industry, and elements of the debt management industry who seek to impersonate genuine posters. I answered the cynical podst from msi-leadkings the other - much in the same manner as Size 5 - but I was impressed by the detail and time Mike took to make his points which I wholeheartedly agree to.

Such a shame that the original posters words have been diluted by this nonsense, but I am so pleased that she managed to get that well deserved treat - that bracelet will mean so much to you over the next couple of years - it will inspire you to save up for something nice to treat yourself with every year, and why not.
