Hi Melanie,

Sorry for contacting you via the message boards but my wife and I are really worried. We still haven't got a date for the creditors meeting and we were told our IVA application had gone to the proposal team on 18th June and that we would be contacted within two weeks to discuss the figures. We haven't been contacted and when I rang a week or so ago I was told that ours is an unusually complex case and it is taking a little longer than normal.

I do understand this and I can imagine you are being inundated with requests for help, it is just that our creditors are getting ever more agressive. I've already received 4 default notices and I don't know what the process is/timescales are re CCJ's but I seem to be heading towards receiving them!!

Any help/advice you can give would be really welcome.

Many thanks.

I really cannot deal with things like this over the forum. Please contact me via usual office communication means and we can discuss this with you directly.
