Thanks everyone. The agent has just phoned. She spoke to the potential buyer this afternoon, she wants to proceed but the bank are just waiting on her business plan. Apparently she has a verbal agreement(?) with the bank re: the finance and a hefty deposit but can't put an offer in until all signed at the bank which will be........next week! She will put the offer in next week, so another week to wait. Never mind, I'm positive about this lady so I'm sure she's just as anxious as me. Fingers crossed she'll offer the asking price. Apparently someone else wants to come for a viewing next week and the agent has told me I should still carry on with other potential buyers as it could all fall through. I guess they're right, but I really want her to have it.[:I]

Ho hum, I'm actually learning to be patient now![:X]

i wish i could make everything happen faster for you, its awful playing the waiting came and yes that bank manager is extremely selfish what is he thinking going on holiday when you are about to get an offer, the cheek of some people, hee hee, and another viewer, theres nothing like competition to make someone get a move on.
