Ah thanks everyone, you lot always cheer me up. Just got back from work and it's been SOOOOOOOO quiet! Can't hang in there much longer, but I know I have to. Just haven't any money to buy stock etc. I've noticed lots of the customers are now paying for their meals with credit cards, not debit cards or bloomin cash, so I think everyone is struggling.....as we all know. Thanks for the support, It really makes me feel better.[:I][:)] Viki X

Needless to say, I wouldnt mention to your favourite buyer that you have others looking round...as it could alienate your favourite buyer.

Even if you get a 2nd offer and it is slightly better, you still have to weigh up the pros and the cons of each buyer .

If you have a long standing friendship with the first buyer she is less likely to try and get one over on you days before completion by lowering the price.[:o)]

Thanks jpj, I think one of the reasons I want her to have it is she wants to keep it the same...same customers etc, but she just has money to improve and extend, I know that probably sounds really strange and it's not good business sense but I guess that's just the way I feel. Of course I know beggars can't be choosers, but I'm hopeful that she won't let me down. Fingers crossed.....again![:)]
