Hi

This is my first post but I have been reading posts online for some time now.

I just wanted to comment on the excellent service I have received from clear debt so far. I have spent a good few weeks deciding which IVA Company to go for, during this time I spoke to many companies and I decided not to use them straight away, only because they sounded very unprofessional on the phone. They may have been a good company’s but the first contact is very important.

When I spoke to Mike for the first time, straight away I decided this is the company I am going to use, excellent information was given to me very professional and none judgemental.

I received a telephone call today telling me my IVA pack had been received and progress is being made at a good speed – This was great as I did not send the pack recorded delivery and was going to call to find out if it had been received or not, but obviously Mike was even more concerned than me in letting me know it has been received.

If anyone is still deciding which company to use I would highly recommend clear debt, you will receive great service at a very personal level

Thanks clear debt and Mike Morgan for your help so far

Regards

Thank you for your kind words, it is a pleasure to be able to help in some small way and things look very favourable at this point in time so fingers crossed for the rest of the process.

Regards.

Thanks Andy, and Kamran for that matter, your endorsements mean a lot to me.

I hope to meet up with you and Mel, Ian and all the other frugal friends soon, to chew the fat over all the recent changes in the industry, and the credit crunch, maybe have 1 or 2 shandies at the same time???

Newcastle the next one - I hear it is a good night out on the "Toon", where shandy is really cheap!

I'm in!!

Mrs Size had 4 trips last year whilst I minded the little ones, Cyprus, London, Amsterdam and Dublin.

Think I may have drawn the short straw with Newcastle but I'm good for a round or two.
