She arranged to freeze interest and make a small payment if possible monthly........couldnt believe my luck! I cried whilst taking to her as i was so worried and she really wanted to help!!

MBNA is one of our creditors but I must admit we never even tried to contact them, just assumed they wouldn't want to know. But as hub and I have just said, we would still be in debt and still not paying it off properly for a long time...so this is definately the right move for us.

Unfortunately I found the MBNA the worst creditor for chasing and intransigence for the first 6 months.
