If you're having to miss a mortgage payment i would ring your company in advance, could you maybe take a payment holiday? I know with our mortgage (northern rock) if you default on 3 payments they'll repossess your house. So i would double check first before defaulting.
I'm sure an expert will be able to tell you whether it's possible

Hey tristan, I think you should really talk to your IP because it sounds as though you are struggling with your IVA, how far into your IVA are you? Viki X

I would speak to your ip firstly. Get in touch with your mortgage lender and ask how they help you out. It may be that you can take a payment holiday or come to some arrangement to pay back any arrears that occur due to missing a payment. As far as I know, your ip will need to know about this so do get in touch with them so things don't go down the pan with your IVA.
Good luck,
xx
It's nice to be back......
