They're certainly persistent aren't they? Must be costing them a fortune in postage and phone calls to you alone.

You could try putting that number into Saynoto0870, it might give you the name of the firm who is calling. I think there is another one called whoiscallingme? Something like that. It was posted by Drowning mummy earlier this week.

Don't blame you for not answering though. We never did.

I think you are ok Barb. We haven't had anything for weeks either through the post or on the phone.

Isn't it great when you don't mind answering the phone?

You and me both barb. I never want to see another credit card as long as I live!

I'm glad that we are able to help people on here. I discovered it by accident when I was getting lots of letters from Mercers. It's a brilliant forum

My mail contained something nice for a change ... I have been awarded and honorary 'Doctorate in Divinity' from a professional organisation I belong to associated with my ministry work. It doesn't hold much credence to the outside world (academic that is)but I am proud of it as it was awarded upon presentation of a portfolio of my work ... thus a kind of vocational bestowment [:)]

And so I have treated myself to a brass plaque for the outside of my house [:)]

Lloyds were my biggest creditor ... they never voted at the IVA not at the F&F creditors meeting.

Thanks everyone [:)]

To be honest ... the portfolio that I had to submit on the strength of my Ministerial work was based on the some 3,500 funeral services I have now taken ... so ... perhaps, I should be "Dr.Death"! [:)]

Well done Soulgrowth.

I have found the best thing about an IVA is not having the scary letters and being frightened to answer the phone. I can't remember how many times I told one company that we were going for an IVA it must have daily for 6 weeks. Our IP said to send on all the letters to them which I did and they dealt with them still didn't stop the letters or phone calls but it was something less for me to worry about.

Take Care
