Sadly that's not an option to most of us on here - we can't have credit cards in an IVA or BR. Well done to you for having the discipline to pay the balance off each month though!

This site has saved me plenty of money and I have had a few freebies from it.http://www.savings2behad.com. I use the discount codes for tesco every week saving up to £15 off my shop(if you have to spend £50 for a particular code to work you can even use BOGOF S. So only spending £25 then have your discount code taken off that) or even better the extra points codes. Used 1500 extra on wine giving me £60 to spend on club card deals a few weeks back. They also do other shops and plenty of freebies as well[8D]

Hi

Twenty pound goes a long way in the likes of Icelan, Home bargins Wilkinsons etc all the buy one get one free stuff the biscuits in Home bargins are a 1/3 of the price of say Asda or Tesco and they are always brining out trolleys full of bargins you just have to look round and get out of the habbit of buying stuff on autopilot say at Asda, Tesco because it is one stop shop anyway over the past few months has everyone noticed how much your weekly shop has increased like everything else

Doing your food shop online i find cheeper cos you aint walking round browsing. Things are much less appatising when all you can see is the words and not the actual food item.

our local pound shop is great at it sells branded stuff at a pound for example sugar puffs are a pound for a large box, and colgate is a pound a tube and on a buy one get one free. you can lower your shopping bills if you shop around i know it takes a bit of time to get used to it but the benefits far out weigh the negatives luv shaz

One thing I would say is go careful with things like toothpaste from the pound shop - there was a scare a little while ago with brand name toothpaste being poisonous.

Yes, I bought that toothpaste from Home Bargains and used it for quite a while. [:0]

I did notice at the time it tasted absolutely disgusting but thought nothing of it until I saw it on the news

Hope I have not done any lasting damage[:D]

lol jane i am sure you haven't, the offending toothpastes have all now been removed as far as i know, haven't had anymore mail shots, i love the home bargains they do really cheap branded named toys coming up to xmas, it was my little girls birthday at the beginning of the month and i was talking to a friend about a dancing barbie i had bought her, i paid 9.99 and she had paid nearly £40 for the same doll, she was gutted while i was elated with my bargain!!
