I, on the other hand found them very helpful, and not disappointed at all. I guess there are good and bad experiences within all companies, as we have probably all encountered at some stage within our IVA's.

Welcome to the forum Peter,

I have to say my own recent experience with moneybarn / Duncton fell way short of what I consider to be good customer service. Hopefully, with Peter on the forum, things may improve.
