Moneyexpert.com have been very helpful. Are they genuine and would you recommend going through them for an IVA? I

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Personally, I would use a firm who deals solely with debts and debt management rather than a firm like this.

I don't know if they have their own IP's but if not, they could well charge you a fee to 'introduce' you to one.

I recommend that you visit www.iva.com where you will find a list of companies and reviews, or click on the expert link on the left hand side of the page. The professionals who post on here come highly recommended. They will advise you of all your options.

Can you post a little more on your situation? We can probably give you general advice here.

Who is your IP rockstarloz? I have not heard of this firm, and am sure that they are not an IP firm - perhaps they have a link to one?

OK - so moneyexpert is presumably a trading name of that firm.

Moneyexpert.com is a comparison site that certain IP's pay a fee for referrals made by them.

Presumably then, the person who is referred to an IP from this site would have to pay a fee.

No - Moneyexpert.com have a number of affiliates who sign up to them and every case referred to that affiliate will earn moneysupermarket.com a fee.
