Hi, how much do you have budgeted for this a month? (for a single person).

Hi Poppy,
I'm just two months in from the start of my IVA and as a single person I'm allowed £184.00 per month for food, toiletries and sundries (in other words everything a weekly/monthly shop might incur). It's hard, especially when washing powder, toilet cleaner, etc runs out!! You have to try and make things run out at different times throughout the months, but it's do - able (not sure if that is a word!!).
I hope that helps,
There are guidelines for this type of expenditure and more experienced people on the site will be able to tell you about that,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

The figure of £184 is based upon the current maximum allowance set by the CCCS.
