can anyone shed light on this. We had a overdraft with First Direct and it was passed so we thought to Moorcroft. Apparently Moorcroft have accepted reduced payments via Payplan but only in my husbands name. They say they have no interest in me and my debt was probably passed to someone else. I am in the process of setting up an IVA hopefully with this debt included (but have no idea who the debt is with) First Direct say it has been passed to Moorcroft. I have no idea what bearing this will have on the inclusion in the IVA. Has anyone had similar experience.
Thanks in advance

Moorcroft ArGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!![V][V]
Please see my reply yesterday to Moorcroft, you may need to go back a couple of pages. Moorcroft are a nightmare they don't listen and they are the bullies of the debt collection business. Please don't panic and don't back down to them. Are you in an IVA??? or Debt managerment plan??

This will make a difference of how you deal with this virus??[}:)]

Hi
This debt must be included in your IVA,just list it as a First Direct debt.Once your IVA is accepted whoever owns the debt will be bound by the IVA.
