Markiboy 1 Moorcfoft 0 Got a cheque today for £100 compensation from Moorcroft after complaing to the FO.

If everybody did that then this company may take notice as not to bully people. He who dares wins!!!!!!

I am so chuffed a year of different tactics different letters they were knacked.

Go on anyone out there that has had problems with this company complain to the FO. It is dead simple. Photocopy the letters and your IVA agreement and send to the FO.

Great result and like you say maybe more complaints would stop the behaviour. I personally haven't had a problem with any of my creditors post acceptance of IVA but I do realise some people do and it's not fair as we're all doing our bit to sort our finances.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

That's great news! I, too, haven't had any problems since my IVA, but it's one to bear in mind if I do.
