Logan Whyte works in conjunction with CF. Have CF said why they have refused you or is it just that they have passed it across as they sometimes do. If you're not happy you can always try a different firm entirely. Use a small one rather than a big 'factory'. Have a look around the forum to see who people recommend.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

This is becoming common practice with CF where a creditor disagrees with their high fee structure. CF then pass you to Logan Whyte, an allied firm, who charge less.
I am not an expert on the current data protection rules, but, I suspect that passing your details, wholesale, to another firm is in breach of some of them !
Can you say a bit about your proposed IVA? total debt, proposed monthly payment, any creditors have a large proportion of your debts, do you have a house with equity or a car worth £2k+ ?
Being passed on normally happens when some creditors think CF's fees will be too high which may sometimes be a sign that you have better options than an IVA.
I was referred to Logan Whyte after CF said my IVA was refused but that was down to their high fees. I found Logan Whyte to be very helpful and on the 31st August they let me know straight away in the morning that my IVA had been accepted. I would recommend Logan Whyte.
