Having had had another default letter today despite having my IVA approved ! again saying we will take it to court to get the amount due! Will forward it to my IP
How or what can they do to stop this from happening and what else can i do ?
Both of these default notices have been sent by ****holes who did not vote in the IVA ?
Will i get a court summons or debt collectors ? or will the IVA company stop this before it happens ? [:)]

Send it to your IP. He/she should be able to put an end to it for you.
Dont worry about court, they would only be breaching the terms of the IVA.

This is so annoying John - but I am afraid that you are in the computerised process that is still waiting to be shut down. I am powerless to stop this stuff churning out, but in time it will die down.

Hi John,

What a nightmare this is turning out to be!

They cannot demand the amount due as you are protected by your IVA. Doesn't matter whether they voted or not, they can't do anything.

If they decided to take you to court, they would just look stupid and it would cost them.

Personaly, I'd let them do it -I'd love to see their reaction!!!!

You do need to speak to your IP again and tell them it is causing you considerable distress and you want it stopping.

I could wallpaper the entire Houses of Parliament with the number of post-IVA chaser letters I have received from clients this year - but do keep them coming John!
