still no criteria for redundancies!! loads have put in for voluntary (even the union reps).. If he keeps his job they want paycuts, less shift allowance, overtime will be paid in toil and no uplift for continentals.. so which ever way we stuck!!!!

I really hope that G will be OK in all of this Ang - and that his employers will remember how supportive he has been when things brighten up again - which they are bound to once this country starts trading again.

At least he does still have a job at the moment which is good, and fingers crossed he keeps it.
