Mortgage after IVA settled early 4 years ago ?

My IVA was settled ealry 4 years ago. Can I get a mortgage now?

Hi. Your credit file won't clear until 6 years from the date of the IVA acceptance. Even those with squeaky clean records aren't finding getting mortgages the doddle it used to be these days. Try to find a whole of market broker, who will have his finger on the pulse, hopefully.

Highly unlikely - unless you use a broker and have a very high percent deposit

Your iVA will show on your credit file for 6 years - regardless

I don's see why not - I am sure that there are lenders out there that would consider you if your IVA has concluded so long ago. Give a couple of brokers a call to see what options are available.
