Hi all

Our IVA has gone from the file this month (hurray) and the last few defaults go this week

However, on looking at a credit score report, it says we are being damaged by a mortgage arrangement to pay AR on the file - this was in 2010, we went interest only for 9 months before selling the house and settling in full

The bank were in full agreement with us going interest only and I had no idea that would be recorded as a damaging entry

Can this be removed or altered and if not how damaging is it as it's not due to drop off till 2016

Many thanks

I have no idea but probably the best people to speak to are the bank. You can put notes on your file if the information cannot be removed explaining what you have said here. It does seem unfair that you are being penalised and I hope you can get it sorted out.
