Hi All,

As you know went BR in March, for the last 2 months of living in the house i did not pay the mortgage as i needed the money to pay for removals and storage whilst i was in B & B by the council, I had a letter from the Mortgage company asking for the arrears, the house was handed back to the mortgage company voulentary so any money they would have raised should this not have been included. Do i need to refer them the OR now to reclaim this money as there is no way i could pay this.

Thanks
