Hi

Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker? As discussed before my fixed rate ending with NR and the rate they've offered is really high!

Everyone I've approached hasn't been able to help because of the IVA.

Thanks

There are one or two respected brokers who post on here a lot and are obviously well used to this scenario, I am sure one will be along shortly for you.

Hi gr1,

Andrew Graveson a forum expert from Bright Oak posts on the forum he has recently done a video with Andy Davie the forum manager.

You can view it here:

Hello gr1,

Best to find a mortgage broker who is experienced in this type of mortgage, not least because the mortgage market is in flux and a specialist and up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage products available to those in IVAs is very helpful.

As mentioned previously Tony (Welshboy) and I are brokers who post on this site and who tend to work with people in similar circumstances to yours.

And I can recommend both of them, as they have both acted for clients of mine superbly in the past.

Thanks everyone - I've actually emailed Andrew and will be making a phone call after work tonight.

Thanks for the advice.
