Hi

I had the together loan with NR. Fortunately for me I owned up to my debt problem in time and managed to get the unseccured element of this loan added into my IVA before NR began refusing the votes for IVA's.

I am concerned however that my sister has had a charging order put on her house by NR (she to has the together mortgage) so now it has become securre don her house.

Can NR do this to you once you are in an IVA or can I relax a little?

Sorry to go off track slightly.

Thanks for any advise regards spenmotherhen.

no spenmotherhen they can't put a charging order on you whilst the iva is effective, they would have tried to do this before the iva had they known, if you should default the iva and not go BR straight away they then may go for a charging order, your unsecured element of the together mortgage at present is covered by your iva.
