Hi,
No, the question is asked by certain lenders and always has, the key is knowing the way they treat people who have been in them.

Hi Gina,

I can advise i have recently obtained mortgages for people who have had IVA's.
I can assure you, it is possible, despite what most people say. Every one's circumstances are different, so we need to know further information. Would be happy to discuss if you wish to contact me directly.
Or please feel free to ask any general questions on this post

Glad it is going well for other forum members - really does show that if you use a broker who knows the business well nothing is impossible - just takes time and patience ! Well done Ryan !

Hi ryan, can I ask is the deposit the same average 30 per cent when its a right to buy mortgage with a 26k discount as in this threads case? Just wondering.. Will be contacting you in april regarding our own mortgage application anyhow . Would just like to know if the fact there is 26k equity straight of in this instance lowers the deposit? Thanks for all, gina
