just had a question about my mortgage and dont want to wait till monday to ask i.p. i am in a new 2 year deal and will probab;y want to remortgage, maybe to the same company but a new deal, will my iva affect this or do the mortgage company not know about iva's?
sorry to ask so many questions but i keep thinking of things i need to know and cant wait to get answers for.

hi cj.. i'm not sure if the mortgage co will check, if they are informed or not. I'm sure an expert will be along soon to give you advise.

Yes the mortgage company will know about your IVA. That doesn't mean that they wont necessarily allow you to remortgage.
