I have been in a Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS Scotland) for the last three years which is now complete. How long is it likely to take before I can apply for and successfully obtain a mortgage? Is a high street lender likely to consider me?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

It will probably be up to six years from the start of the DAS but check with Shaun or Ryan who post here as they are experts in this field. Their details are in the ask an expert section.
