Andy - not as far as I know - I have spoken to my daughter who worked for Kensington for six years and she tells me, that in all her time there, she did not know of any instance when mortgage conditions were changed.

I agree their T&Cs didnt change but they were a heck of a lot different from the T&Cs that we were signed up with for GMAC
