I have to travel 100 mile round trip to work every day.
This equates with personal mileage to 30k a year.
I dont get to work my creditors dont get paid
My car which has cost me close to 1k in repairs and no I didnt ask for a payment break I got through it then the Head went.
Crazy to repair
I then spoke with I/ps assistant you never get to speak to mmy I/p
I had some shares to sell and the proceeds were to go into the IVA
They told me it was okay to keep 1k back I said this was crazy as I obviously would be in the same position very quickly I asked for 2K
Eventualy they came back and said well if I did keep 2K back there was nothing they could do and they would go to my creditors and argue that it was a reasonable decision
I have bought a Mondeo Diesel which should get me through 2 years at least.
I am now expecting trouble on my annual review.
Are there any CCs guide lines on this
I am way ahead of the monies I was supposed to have put in.

You need a decent car to last you, and your IP has been fully kept in the loop by the sounds of it.

You can try and contact your IP direct via this link:

If you have paid back more than was originally offered, then hopefully you will be ok.

It seems that you have taken reasonable steps to deal with this situation. Why can't you speak to your IP directly - which firm are you with?
