I just wanted to come back to reassure anyone currently in an IVA life moves on.
We finished our joint IVA in Dec 17.
We needed to move out of our home (2 children = 2 small). Once our Credit files were all sorted in Summer 2018, we started to think about moving home.
We were expecting a very high mortgage rate if we could even get a new deal.
We used The Select Patnership & on Friday we moved to a larger house with a high street bank, low interest rate!
We still cannot believe it!
Yes living in an IVA can be hard (but it taught us life lessons) & after not knowing what the future held are happy that normality can be resumed. X

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.
