Don't know if this is possible, but here goes anyway.

I am originally from Scotland and moved to London around four years ago. I went into an IVA a year afterwards and have now completed three of my five years of it.

I am now at a stage in which I want to move back to Scotland. How will this affect my IVA?

Would I need to change it to a Trust Deed or would it carry on as normal as an IVA, even though these are not used in Scotland?

Many Thanks.

It will not affect your IVA at all, which will continue as you can continue to make the payments electronically.
