Our IVA provider are not co-operating with the Financial Ombudsman in giving them details of our IVA. They have our written authority to do so. The claim is for return of charges with Nationwide who are not one of our creditors, the Ombudsman upheld the Nationwide's decision not to return them but have said they will look into it again if our IVA providers send them the paperwork. I suspect they are being awkward because I intend to fight them getting their hands on these monies, it's only a few hundred pounds, but that's another fight for another time! Our IVA providers have had well over a month to co-operate, I have given them until Friday 13 Nov to send the paperwork, failing which I will make a complaint to a superior at Freeman Jones. If they don't respond, I will look at other means of complaint.
