Anyone but Liverpool to win - they'll be unbearable if they do!

I hope Blackburn stay up!

Well having supported MUFC tooth and nail from 1953 I always fear the worse.

Only a couple of seasons after my dad was on the books there[:D]

Just clocked the post about how long you have been a supporter David - that was the year I was born!

Have I made you feel old now?[:D][:D]

David, I too am a true red.
Started supporting them when they were due to be relegated to Div 2.
League Match ticket book holder from 1978 - 1980 (when I joined the Navy)
I go to OT at least 4 or 5 times a year, and normally about 5 aways.
I went to Moscow and Rome for the Euro Finals. (Don't tell my IP)
Anyway, now I've confimed myself as a non glory hunter -
I fear the worst for this season, with a Champions League place being a realsitc (just) target.
What do you think?
Best Wishes,
Tina x

David doesn't post on here anymore, but there are other supporters who do.

I'm not one of them as I hate football!

I'm another Red!

Although I don't go to matches (far too tight for that!) I have to say I'm not a glory hunter - I've supported them since 1986 when they weren't doing too well!

I have to say I think that the Premiership will come down to United and Chelsea again. If United buy a decent striker (and sell Berbatov!) and strengthen the midfield I think they could do ok.

They won't sell Berbaflop... it would be at a castarophic loss. I think again, we have to run with what we have got.

Chelsea
City
Arsenal
United

Thats my prediction.
Best Wishes,
Tina x

I'm going:

United
Chelsea
Arsenal
Spurs

I'm probably way out, but hey ho, I'm being optimistic!

Anyway, the real footy kicks off in a couple of weeks - Staines Town in the Blue Square South!

What, Chelsea to lose to Wigan?
We lost the Premiership last season at OT against the rent boys and away at Blackburn 0-0.
Best Wishes,

I hoped they might!

Dave (my OH) is a Chelsea fan so it can be interesting in our house!

I know you love your football Julie, it's nice when you share a passion with other half, he loves it, I tolerate it, I love the computer he's not got a clue!
