All creditors must be included, NR arent declining all IVA's. Not to include a creditor is wrong and will make your IVA void. Speak to a professional as soon as possible. Melanie who posts on here has had success with NR recently.

Good luck.

As Lily says - a definite no-no not to include all of your creditors.

But they don't! Who is telling you that Northern Rock decline most IVA's? In my office they tend to accept most of them!

Hi nThere,
Try to be as honest and up-front as you can!! Declare all debts no matter how scarey it is, it will work for you in the end. There may be one or two you forget - depending on the amount of debt, but you can declare those when they surface. All IP's are symathetic - they realise the scale of the problem can make you overlook small debts - it's part of the process.
Try to include every debt you have, you'll be covered then,
Good luck, chin up,
Hugs,
Chardonnay
