Well I have emailed Max recovery stating how now that i'm no longer in an IVA, or have an IP, I was somewhat dismayed that they saw fit to speak to DFD regarding the surplus money they had received, low and behold they are now sending me the cheque, wonders will never cease. EIF have also confirmed that they will no longer be contacting me regarding the off-set, so big result.
Woooooooo hooooo just need my passport back and then booking for America with my partner, wahoooooooo..

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
