Just thought I'd checked on Call Credit and they have deleted 3 defaults that were due to fall off on the 3rd March already so they are on the ball, pitty the other two CRAs are not.

There are still 3 defaults on call credit (1 Max Recovery, 1 First Direct and 1 Santander) with default dates of the 24/03/2006 along with the IVA record dated the same and completed on the 03/05/2011.

I'm really just keeping a log here as it goes along, as time is ticking on now.

Think Equifax may be the problem area, will subscribe to Experian next week to see if the ones dated the 3/3/2006 do drop off their on the day they should.

It's taking a while to sort out isn't it?

Everything is done, as far as I can get it at the moment. Case of waiting now.

Surprised some have dropped of call credit early though. Equifax I suspect is going to be the ones to run overtime, though will see what happens on the 3rd.

Well the first one should have come off Equifax and Experian today, it was logged on on the 02/03/2006

Experian are telling me that it should be gone on tomorrows report, Equifax have not got a clue and told me to call a Senior Associate tomorrow from 8am.

Only the ones on the 24th remain for Call Credit. :-)

Lets hope the others fall off at the right time, back tomorrow.

Equifax have removed the IVA early :-)

The default registered on the 02/03/2006 remains on Equifax and Experian though :-(

The 8th, 14th and 24th are the key dates. Call Credit who I thought would have been the nightmare have deleted everything except the IVA record and those registered on the 24th.

Equifax have removed the IVA record but nothing else yet, have a overrunning default.

Experian have done nothing, again a overrunning default.

Today, 4 days late Equifax have deleted the first default. It should have gone on the 2nd.

Next one is due off Experian and Equifax on the 8th. Call credit have already deleted this one, I bet Experian will be the next and Equifax will lag behind yet again.
