Apparently not, they've deleted everything except 3 defaults dated the 24th along with the IVA.

They are ahead of the other two.

Wonder if the relaunch as noddle or whatever is allowing them to lift their game?

Today it has been exactly 6 years since I entered my IVA.

A quick check on my credit file reveals the following information

Call Credit
1 Default - Dated 24/03/2006 Still Present, Will be calling them on Monday to ask they remove it manually.

Equifax
4 Defaults - All Dated 24/03/2006 - Still Present, I give up with these guys as they are a law unto themselves. Online questions have however been asked online with each of these defaults to have them removed as soon as they see the message. Not calling their 0844 number again!

IVA Record present dated 24/03/2006 and Completed Date of 03/05/2011
4 Defaults all dated 24/03/2006
I'm told these will all go by tomorrow. I will check and report back then.

Let's hope they all disappear soon.

Let's hope so...

Further Update:

Today I checked my Experian credit report and it is nice and green. No Defaults and no IVA. They have all gone :-) Before I could get my report today I had to confirm all my personal details.

No changes with Call Credit (1 default) and Equifax (4 Defaults) though :-(

Brilliant news with Experian.

You'll have to have a rant at the other two!!

Found a freephone number for Equifax - 0800 1214752 that works rather than their expensive 0844 number so did call them up, going to take 6 years and a week with these fly by nights to remove the defaults.

Call Credit are not there until tomorrow but when I spoke to them on Friday they did say they could not delete ahead of time and if it is still there on Monday to call them and they will delete the IVA and default manually. The IVA has gone but the default remains so I'll call them too.

Just as well I have Monday off :-)

Good to hear Experian have removed details - must be great to see a squeaky clean credit file! Hope the other two don't take long to get their acts together.
It's been a long road getting from there to here but it's been worth it!

A call to Equifax this morning has resulted in the 4 defaults now being removed. Equifax and Experian are now all clear. Awaiting the 1 default from Call Credit to be deleted now, expecting a call back later today on this one. :-)

Matrix,
It is interesting to read your struggles - thank you for keeping us updated.

I'm also recently out of an IVA and starting the long process of doing what I can to clean up my files so I have all of this fun to come!

I have checked my credit reports and although my IVA is showing as settled, my defaults have not changed. Will they eventually be marked as satisfied/settled or will they just stay until 6 years after default (2014!)?
